
All Ashika-Con exhibitor applications are carefully reviewed as part of our curated event process. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If your application is approved, you will be notified and sent an invoice for the exhibitor space.
Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of the notification date. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the invoice will be canceled and the applicant will no longer be eligible to exhibit at that specific event. Please apply only if you are able to complete payment within the required period. Exhibitor space is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
Exhibitors may not sublet, transfer, or share their assigned space. All exhibitor fees for Ashika-Con are non-refundable.
