The Ashika-con IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GUEST CANCELLATIONS. Sometimes, guests cancel. Whether a schedule conflict arises, or something in their own lives (they're human, too!) In the case of a Guest Cancellation we will refund any Photo Op and/or Autograph tickets, etc. associated with the guest purchased but we do not offer any returns or refunds for Ashika-con Admission tickets.
Panel programming at Ashika-Con is available to all attendees at no additional cost and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Any exceptions—such as select workshops requiring an extra ticket or special guest panels that are paid events—will be clearly identified in the program.
Please note that attendance for any panel or event is not guaranteed. For the safety and comfort of all guests, admission may be limited based on available seating and room capacity.
A limited number of VIP admissions are available, which guarantee premium seating for celebrity events. VIP passes can be purchased in advance or at the door, while supplies last.
