The Ashika-con IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GUEST CANCELLATIONS. Sometimes, guests cancel. Whether a schedule conflict arises, or something in their own lives (they're human, too!) In the case of a Guest Cancellation we will refund any Photo Op and/or Autograph tickets, etc. associated with the guest purchased but we do not offer any returns or refunds for Ashika-con Admission tickets.
Panel programming at Ashika-Con is available to all attendees at no additional cost and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Any exceptions—such as select workshops requiring an extra ticket or special guest panels that are paid events—will be clearly identified in the program.
Please note that attendance for any panel or event is not guaranteed. For the safety and comfort of all guests, admission may be limited based on available seating and room capacity.
A limited number of VIP admissions are available, which guarantee premium seating for celebrity events. VIP passes can be purchased in advance or at the door, while supplies last.

The Kids Cosplay Contest is a fun and welcoming opportunity for young cosplayers to take the stage and show off their costumes. Both handmade and purchased costumes are welcome. All participants must have parental permission to enter and must be accompanied by a legal guardian for the duration of the event.

The Ashika-Con Cosplay Contest brings craftsmanship and performance to center stage! Contestants will have the chance to showcase their costumes in front of our judges and a live audience while connecting with fellow creators who share a love for cosplay.
Whether this is your first competition or you’ve competed many times before, the Ashika-Con Cosplay Contest welcomes participants of all experience levels. It’s your moment to shine, celebrate your creativity, and be part of an exciting community of cosplayers!
