Ashika-Con is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free environment for all attendees, staff, guests, and participants, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to: offensive verbal comments related to a person’s identity or appearance; displaying sexually explicit imagery in public spaces; deliberate intimidation; stalking or following; harassment through photography or recording; sustained disruption of panels, performances, or other programming; inappropriate physical contact; and any form of unwelcome sexual attention. Anyone asked to stop such behavior is expected to comply immediately.

Exhibitors, artists, vendors, sponsors, and anyone staffing a booth or space within the venue are also fully subject to this anti-harassment policy.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, Ashika-Con organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including issuing a warning or removing the individual from the event without a refund. If you experience harassment, witness harassment, or have any safety concerns, please notify an Ashika-Con staff member right away. Staff can be identified by their badges, shirts, or headsets.

Ashika-Con staff will assist participants in contacting venue security or local law enforcement if needed, provide escorts within the event space, or offer other support to ensure everyone feels safe and respected throughout the convention. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we are here to help.
