Yes! Ashika-Con offers advertising opportunities for both attendees and vendors. These ad placements help support Ashika-Con while also giving you a chance to share what you’re passionate about with our community.

Like many fan conventions, Ashika-Con produces an official event guide (con book) filled with helpful information, including schedules, maps, guest features, and more. Each year, the con book follows a unique theme and showcases artwork from our special guests as well as submissions from our talented community.

Ashika-Con ConGuide Advertisements

Interested in having your advertisement featured in the official Ashika-Con attendee con book? We’re glad you’re interested! Please read the information below carefully, as our offerings and policies may change from year to year.

As Ashika-Con continues to grow and we work toward more environmentally friendly practices, physical con books are no longer automatically provided to standard attendee-level registrations. A limited number of printed con books will be available at registration each day for attendees who specifically request one.

Attendees who register at the Sponsor tier or higher will automatically receive a physical con book as part of their welcome gifts. All attendees will have access to a digital version of the con book regardless of registration level.

Full Page Advertisement

Half Page Advertisement

(5.75″ W × 4.5″ H, including bleeds, or 1725 × 1350 px at 300 DPI)

Important Information

Advertisement files must be submitted as a PSD file, as minor adjustments may be required to ensure proper placement.
All files must be CMYK and include a 0.125″ bleed on all sides.
All advertisement content must be PG-friendly. Content containing sexual or violent imagery, or strong profanity, will not be accepted.

Please ensure all instructions are followed carefully. Failure to meet these requirements may result in your advertisement slot being rejected.

Ashika-Con Convention Advertising Swaps
Are you an event organizer or staff member for another fan or fandom convention? We’d love to help spotlight your event! Ashika-Con offers free convention advertising swaps as a way to support and collaborate with fellow community-driven events.
There is no cost associated with an ad swap. We simply ask that your event provides a comparable advertising placement for Ashika-Con in return. Our collaboration team is happy to share additional details and coordinate logistics.
